Treatment summary information: this area provides the identification of the
patient, plan, and beam, delivery mode and PBS repainting type, along with
some essential equipment (i.e., accessories, if any) and session
information.
Time & date indicator
Step description: a short description of the function of the currently
selected treatment session step
Data panel: depending on the treatment session step that you have selected,
this panel can contain a variety of elements:
Find area: enables you to enter parameters to find a (list of) specific
patient(s).
List area: displays the list of patients that correspond to the parameters that
you entered from the find area. The scroll bar at the bottom enables you to
scroll the list horizontally.
Information area: contains detailed information on the currently selected
step.
Tabs: some steps have multiple tabs that can be clicked to view or enter
various details.
Remote positioning controls: enable you to control patient positioning
devices from the Treatment Control Room.
Usage status bar: displays information such as the current user, type of
session, treatment room ID, and beam status.
Footer: this panel contains the Button bar, which contains buttons such as Next
(to proceed to the next step) or Logout, and various other functions, depending
on the current step.
WARNING Be aware that long patient names may not appear in full because they
are truncated in the Patient Name field of the header. Truncated patient
names are indicated by the ellipsis (i.e., ...) at the end.
To see the full name, mouse over the Patient Name field.
