Note: each device of the SBV System Series has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A
digital
device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules.
These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is
operated in a commercial environment.
This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in
accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.
Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user
will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.
To ensure compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements the SBV-01 device must be installed
to provide a minimum of 20 cm between the device and people.
1.3 ISED
SBV-01 contains licence-exempt transmitter(s)/receiver(s) that comply with Innovation, Science and Economic
Development Canada’s licence-exempt RSS(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
● This device may not cause interference.
● This device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of
the device.
To ensure compliance with ISED RF exposure requirements the SBV-01 device must be installed to provide a
minimum of 20cm between the device and people.
L’émetteur/récepteur exempt de licence contenu dans SBV-01 est conforme aux CNR d’Innovation, Sciences et
Développement économique Canada applicables aux appareils radio exempts de licence. L’exploitation est
autorisée aux deux conditions suivantes:
● L’appareil ne doit pas produire de brouillage.
● L’appareil doit accepter tout brouillage radioélectrique subi, même si le brouillage est susceptible d’en
compromettre le fonctionnement.
Pour garantir la conformité aux exigences d'exposition RF d'ISED Canada, le dispositif SBV-01 doit être installé
de manière à laisser un minimum de 20 cm entre l'appareil et les personnes.
2. National Configurations
2.1 Installation and use in the USA
During the first configuration of SBV System Series, choose the USA country in the first start wizard of the
Inxpect Safety software, in order to comply with the FCC regulations of the USA.
