Product installation
Install the product in the Smart Dog Collar app and follow the guide to discover its
functionalities.
Attention: this product has a SIM-card and doesn’t work without a subscription. Follow the
steps in-app to subscribe.

Important in-app authorizations for optimal experience
During installation, you will be asked to grant the Smart Dog Collar app certain authorizations.
Enable them all for optimal experience.
- Bluetooth: the SDC app should be granted access to Bluetooth. Bluetooth should be
always turned on on your smartphone for optimal use.
- Geolocation (including in background): granting the SDC app access to your
smartphone’s location helps improve the product battery life, as we will rely on it to
save GPS. We respect your privacy and will never use your position for anything other
than improving the product experience.
- Notifications: enable notifications in order not to miss important events. You may
decide which event you want to be notified of in the SDC app settings.
You can enable these later in your smartphone’s settings.
How to wear Smart Dog Collar
1. Start by sliding the strap in the SDC. Please use a strap provided by invoxia to be sure
it fits with the SDC and it does not alter the data measurements. invoxia does not
ensure the SDC works properly in case of using another strap.
2. Position the SDC on your dog’s neck.
3. The collar should fit snugly around your dog’s neck, with the silicon part facing
downwards. You should be able to slip 2 fingers between the collar and your dog’s skin.
It is recommended that you leave the collar on your dog as long as possible day and night.
