4.5.1. Set Access Rights Level
Selectingthisoptionuserwillbeaskedtoenterapincodebeforeentering.
Aftertypingavalidpincodeusingnumerickeys0-9,anewscreenwillbe
open(seepicture40).Hereuserisabletoselectthreedifferentsecurity
levels:
1–AccessAll.Thislevelgivesaccesswithoutlimitation.Allprogrammes
andallmenus(except“SetAccessRightLevel”and“ChangePinCode”)
areaccessibletoallusers.
2–LockSystemSettings.Thislevelblocksaccesstothesystem“Settings”
menu.
3–LockSystemSettings+Channel.Thislevelblocksaccesstothesystem
“Settings”menuandtoallthemarkedprogrammesinthelists(seechapter
MainTVlistandMainRadiolist).
Note:
Havingaparentallockonsomeprogrammemeansthatuserisnotabletotuneandviewthatprogrammewithoutenteringavalidpin
code.Thesamesystemisforlockedmenus.
4.5.2. Change Pin Code
Selectingthisoptionuserwillbeaskedtoenterapincodebeforeentering.
Aftertypingavalidpincode,anewpop-upopens(seepicture41).Here
userisabletoenteranewpincode.Afterenteringafourthdigit,userwill
beaskedtorepeatanewpincode.Nextpop-upwillinformuserifpincode
changesisdonesuccessfullyofnot.

Thevalidpincodedefaultvalueis‘1111’.

4.6. Sleep timer
YoucanusetheSleeptimertospecifyatime(e.g.atnight)atwhichthe
receiveristoswitchtothestandbymode.Thisisparticularlyusefulif
thereisnopersonavailableatthistimetoswitchreceivermanuallytothe
standbymode.
Pressinga“Menu”key(4)+“Sleeptimer”orpressinga“Sleeptimer”key
(31),asleeptimerpop-upwillbeopen(seepicture42).
Usingdirection“Up”and“Down”keysusercansetthetime,atwhichthe
receivershouldswitchtothestandbymodeautomatically.Timesettingis
in15-minutesteps.Attheend,pressthe“OK”key(6)or“Exit”key(22)to
conrmaselection.TheSleepTimerisactivewithimmediateeffect,and
willcountbackwardsthetimeto00:00.
Toswitchoffasleeptimer,before00:00time,userhastoentertothis
menuendmanuallyreturntimeto00:00.
Note:
Switchingtothestandbymode,thedigitalreceiverisabletoswitchoff
alsosomeoftheTVsetsthatuse“SlowBlanking”signalonaSCART
connector.
