4.5.2. Change Pin Code
Selecting this option user will be asked to enter a pin code before entering.
After typing a valid pin code, a new pop-up opens (see picture 41). Here user
is able to enter a new pin code. After entering a fourth digit, user will be asked
to repeat a new pin code. Next pop-up will inform user if pin code changes is
done successfully of not.
Note:
The default pin code is ‘1111.

In case you forgot your pin code, call customer service.
4.6. Sleep timer
You can use the Sleep timer to specify a time (e.g. at night) at which the
receiver is to switch to the standby mode. This is particularly useful if there
is no person available at this time to switch receiver manually to the standby
mode.
Pressing a “Menu” key (4) + “Sleep timer” or pressing a “Sleep timer” key
(31), a sleep timer pop-up will be open (see picture 42).
Using direction “Up” and “Down” keys user can set the time, at which the
receiver should switch to the standby mode automatically. Time setting is
in 15-minute steps. At the end, press the “OK” key (6) or “Exit” key (22) to
con rm a selection. The Sleep Timer is active with immediate effect, and will
count backwards the time to 00:00.
To switch off a sleep timer, before 00:00 time, user has to enter to this menu
end manually return time to 00:00.
Note:
When switching to standby mode, the receiver is also able to switch off some
TV sets with “Slow Blanking” on the SCART connector.
4.7. Conditional access system
The look of the “Conditional access system” menu depend form the CI
modules and CA smart card inserted in slots 12 and 14 on the front panel.
One of the possible versions is shown on picture 43.
In your digital receiver is embedded Conax conditional access system. That
means user needs only a valid Conax smart cart without any CI modules.
Selecting options 1 or 2 will take you to a display that is generated by the
MMI (Man Machine Interface) of the CI module itself, and may therefore differ
slightly in appearance from one module to the other.
In order to obtain a full display of the data, a smart card must be inserted in
the module. Please consult your installer or card provider for the details of the
use of your speci c card.
While inserting and removing a CI module or CA card, following messages
will be displayed on the screen of your TV set:
CI Init – After inserting of a CI module, the initialisation of the module start.
CI Init OK – Initialisation of the CI module is done successfully.
CI Init Error – Initialisation of the CI module is not done successfully.
CI Card Removed – CI module is removed from the slot.
CA Card Inserted – CA card is inserted in slot
CA Card Removed – CA card is removed from the slot.
Incorrect Conax card – A not valid Conax CA card is inserted in the slot
No card inserted – The card is not inserted when needed or incorrectly inserted (up side down)
Incorrect card – The inserted card is not Conax card.
Communication with card failed – Communication with the inserted CA card failed.
