Plaats de blender op een schoon en droog oppervlak. 2. Zorg ervoor dat de standenknop van de blender uit (0) staat. 3. Doe de ingrediënten in de mengbeker en sluit deze door middel van het deksel af. Plaats de mengbeker op de motorbehuizing met de handgreep aan de rechterzijde en draai deze met de klok mee vast op de behuizing.
7 recepten Gazpacho - koude soep – Voorgerecht Ingrediënten: halve komkommer halve groene paprika 1 kleine ui 2 teentjes knoflook 2 tomaten 20 gram broodkruim (van oud brood) 1 theelepel wijnazijn 2 eetlepels olijfolie halve citroen tabasco 40 cl. bouillon zout en peper naar smaak toevoegen Werkwijze: maak de komkommer, paprika, ui en knoflook schoon en snijd alles in stukken. Pel de tomaten. Doe alle ingrediënten in de blender en mix het geheel gedurende 20 seconden. Koud serveren.
