To set the oven, use the two retractable knobs and the four keys.
Oven function knob for selecting an oven function
[ - / + ] knob for setting the time and the temperature
Cooking timer key
Clock key
Pause/ and stop key for pausing, stopping or canceling a program selection
Start key
for starting the oven and to confirm a selection

Oven function knob
SWITCHING ON
Switch the oven on according to the following steps:
Press the retractable oven function knob and turn it left or right to select the desired oven function. The corresponding symbol
lights up.
Press the retractable [-/+] knob and turn it left or right to select the desired temperature.
Press the start key
to confirm the setting and start the oven. The cooking time is automatically set to 9 hours.
SWITCHING OFF
To switch the oven off, press the stop key
twice (pressing the stop key once, will only pause the program).

The oven has the following functions:
Oven function Description
Oven light
Oven lamp, can be switched on indepent from the oven. When selecting an
oven function the lamp automatically switches on and stays on while oven
is in use.
Defrost
For slowly thawing frozen food. The circulation of air at room temperature
enables quicker defrosting of the frozen food (without using any heat).
Bottom heating element
Only the bottom heating element radiates heat. This is ideal for slow
cooking dishes such as casseroles, stews and pastries where a crispy base
is desired. The range is: 60 - 120°C.
Top and bottom heating element
The dish is heated by the radiation heat of the top and bottom element.
Always place the dish in the centre of the oven. For pizzas, meat, flans or
cake. The range is: 50 - 250°C.
Conventional with fan
The heat of both top and bottom heating elements is circulated inside the
oven by the fan. The dish is being cooked evenly all around. The range is:
50 - 250°C.
Grill
The inner part of the grill element is active. For grilling meat, fish, toast or
gratins. The range is: 180 - 240°C.
Double grill
The inner heating element and the outer heating element in the top of the
oven are working. It is suitable for grilling larger quantities of food.
The range is: 180 - 240°C.
Double grill with fan
The inner heating element and the outer heating element in the top of the
oven are working with the fan. It is suitable for grilling a large amount of meat.
The range is: 80 - 240°C.
Turbo convection
The heat of the element and the fan ensures the dish is heating all around
by hot air. The range is: 50 - 240°C.
