properly. The appliance can not make
coffee when the drawer is not closed
correctly.
• Place one or two cups under the
coffee-outlet 7.
• The lines in the cup on the display show
the position of the taste selector

the button left or right to select your own tast.
If you choose to get more water , your cup will be
lled more, but the coffee will get thinner. If you
choose less water , your cup will become less full,
but the coffee will get stronger.
• Press gently on the button of the number of cups you
want to make, 1 or 2, respective button
or .
• The coffeepadmachine will now make coffee with the
amount of water you selected and will pour it in the
coffeecup. When you want the appliance to stop
making coffee prematurely, press any button.
• If you want to make more cups of coffee,
you have to wait until the word OPEN is no
longer blinking on the display. Only when
the word OPEN has disappeared, you can
open the drawer to place new coffeepads
and make more coffee.
To make tea with your coffeepadmachine it is necessary
that you replace the coffeepadholder with the enclosed
teapadholder. The teapadholder is enclosed in the box.
You will recognize the teapadholder from the different
color and the teamaker (with a “T”) in the middle of the
holder. For making tea with teapads follow the previous
step for making coffee.
In this chapter the display and the symbols on it are
explained.

open the drawer.
The symbol Rell
water indicates
that the water-
reservoir is almost
empty. This
happens when
there is not enough
left for 1 cup.
Rell water - II Rinsing
The symbol Rell water and OPEN indi-
cate that there is not enough water left
for 2 cups. The appliance will now devide
1 cup over the 2 cups. Wait until the word
OPEN has disappeared and rell the water
reservoir. After reheating press the button
for 1 cup.
When descaling
and rinsing the
