•Thisproductisguaranteedforaperiodof2yearsfrom
the date of purchase against mechanical and electrical
defects.
•Guaranteecanonlybegivenifproofofpurchase(e.g.
tillreceipt)canbeshown.Thereforekeepitinasafe
place. The guarantee period starts at date of purchase.
•Guaranteeisnotvalidincaseof:
 -normalwear;
- damage through miss-use use or when the instructions
 werenotfollowedcorrectly;
 -lackofmaintenance;
 -notfollowingtheoperation-andsafetyinstructions;
- incompetent assembly or repairs made by yourself or
 others;
- using accessories and spare parts which are not
 suitablefortheappliance;forassessmentbyour
technical department.
•Theguaranteeisnotvalidfor:
 -normalwear;
 -externalcables;
 -(interchangeable)signallights for assessment by our
technical department.
Return the appliance to your supplier or send the
appliance,includingacopyproofofpurchaseand
descriptionofthecomplaint,stampedto:
•Packitcarefully(preferablyintheoriginalgiftbox).
Make sure the unit is clean.
•Encloseyournameandaddressandquotemodel
number on all correspondence.
When the guarantee is no longer valid or when the period
ofguaranteehaspassed,wewillchargeanycosts
resultingowoutofanassessmentand/orrepairing.
On request we will supply a statement before repairing.
Withoutrequestingastatement,weassumethatyou,by
sendingtheappliance,automaticallyordertorepairthe
appliance.
A guarantee period of two months is valid for repairs
done by our technical department and the used spare
parts,countingfromtherepairdate.Whenamalfunction
occurs within this period which is a direct result of the
repairsandtheusedspareparts,theconsumerhasthe
right of repairs without any costs.


- réparation par l’acheteur non compétent

ne sont pas d’origine ce qui sera jugé par notre
service technique
•Lagarantien’estpasapplicablepour:
- les articles de consommation normale
- les câbles de raccordement extérieurs
 - leslampestémoins(changeables)designalet
d’éclairage ce qui sera jugé par notre service
technique
Consultez alors votre commerçant ou notre service
technique. L’appareil doit être renvoyé en port payé avec
lafactureainsiqueladescriptionduproblèmeà:
Si la garantie n’est pas applicable ou bien si le délai de
garantieestdépassé,nousvousfactureronslesfraisliésà
undeviset/ouàuneréparation.
Sursimpledemandedevotrepart,nouspouvonsd’abord
établir un devis avant de commencer toute réparation.
Sansvotredemandededevis,nouspartonsduprincipe
que vous nous donnez automatiquement votre accord
pourlaréparationdevotreappareil,dèsl’instantoùvous
nous l’avez envoyé.
Nous assurons deux mois de garantie sur les réparations
effectuéesparnotreserviceaprès-venteetsurle
matérielquiauraétéajouté,etcedélaidedeuxmois
est calculé à compter de la date de la réparation. Si
pendantcettepériode,ilyavaitunedéfectionde
l’appareil due directement aux travaux de réparation
quiontétéeffectuésoudueaumatérielrajouté,ilva
de soi que l’acheteur pourra de plein droit faire réparer
gratuitement son appareil.

