in using this Reader can’t be solved.
Please record the following information, before you contact our
customer service center:
10.1.1 The Reader
Þ The model of the Reader;
Þ The Reader’s S/N (on the bottom of the Reader);
Þ Any modification to the Reader or the tags;
Þ The Reader’s installation location;
Þ The application software for the Reader;
10.1.2 PC
Þ Brand and model of the PC;
Þ CPU’s processing rate and RAM available;
Þ The COM port used;
Þ The information of the operation system (OS);
