7 Analysis & Resolution of Common Faults
1) System connection fault
฀ Please check whether the network router and network
cable connection is normal;
฀ The operator uses the operator card to enter the
system for self-inspection on the computer network
communication status.
2) The borrowing/return gate is not open or closed
฀ Check whether there is any foreign object between
the bookshelf and the borrowing/return gate;
฀ Check whether there is any foreign object falling to
the surface of grating.
3) Foreign object at the borrowing/return gate
฀ Check whether the book has been completely put in
the shelf;
฀ Check whether there is any foreign object staying
between the bookshelf and the borrowing/return gate.
4) The system prompts the tag is damaged and thus the book
cannot be lent or returned
฀ Check whether the corresponding book tag is
damaged and replaced, and when checking, the
operator may enter the system for maintenance, and
