7 Analysis & Resolution of Common Faults
1) System connection fault
Please check whether the network router and network
cable connection is normal;
The operator uses the operator card to enter the
system for self-inspection on the computer network
communication status.
2) The borrowing/return gate is not open or closed
Check whether there is any foreign object between
the bookshelf and the borrowing/return gate;
Check whether there is any foreign object falling to
the surface of grating.
3) Foreign object at the borrowing/return gate
Check whether the book has been completely put in
the shelf;
Check whether there is any foreign object staying
between the bookshelf and the borrowing/return gate.
4) The system prompts the tag is damaged and thus the book
cannot be lent or returned
Check whether the corresponding book tag is
damaged and replaced, and when checking, the
operator may enter the system for maintenance, and
