areasoitdoesnotblocktheroworaisleaccess.

OnthePlane
YouMUSTstorethesupplementalbatteryeithersecurely
connectedtotheconcentratororinyourcarry-onbaggage.
ThesupplementalbatteryMUSTbeprotectedfromdamage
andshortingouttheexternalpowerconnector.
1.Youmayuseyourconcentratorwhenmovingaboutthecabin,
ONLYafterthepilotturnsoffthe“FastenSeatBelt”sign.
2.Turnofftheunitiftheconcentratoralarmsduringtheflight,
unlessthealarmresetsitself.Ifthealarmdoesnotreset,the
concentratorMUSTbeturnedoffandstoredinanapproved
storagearea.
3.IfanACpoweroutletwithaminimum100Wcapacityisavailable
ontheflight,performthefollowing:
a.Connectthepoweradaptertotheconcentrator.
b.Pluginthepoweradapterintotheairlinepoweroutlet.
c.Turntheuniton.
Ifyouhaveanytroublemakingtheconnectionstotheplane’s
poweroutlet,contacttheflightcrewforassistance.
AftertheFlight
1.Ensureyouhaveenoughpowertorunyourconcentratorwhile
leavingtheairport.Rechargethebattery(s),ifnecessary.Refer
toChargingtheBattery(s)inSetup.
2.Contactyourmedicalgassuppliertoobtainyourbackupoxygen
supply,ifnecessary.
TravelingbyBoat
Contactthecruiselineandinformthemyouaretravelingwitha
concentrator.Thereshouldbenorestrictionsonyouruseofthe
concentratorduringyourtravel,butitiswisetocheckwiththem
aheadoftime.PowershouldbeavailableforuseofyourACpower
adapterduringyourtravels,butcheckfirst.
TravelingbyTrain
Contactthetrainauthoritiesatleasttwelvehoursaheadofarrival
thatyouaregoingtouseyourconcentrator.Thereshouldbeno
restrictionsonyouruseoftheconcentrator,butpoweronthetrain
maynotbeavailableforyouruseduringtraveltimes.Ensurethereis
enoughbatterylifeforyourtripbeforeyouleave.
TravelingbyBus
Contactthebuslineaboutusingaconcentrator.Thereshouldbe
norestrictionsonyouruseoftheconcentratorduringyourtrip,but
powermaynotbeavailableforyouruseduringtraveltimes.Ensure
thereisenoughbatterylifeforyourtripbeforeyouleave.
