1.6.3Filters
Airenterstheconcentratorthroughanairintakefilterlocatedonthe
carrybag.Thisfilterpreventshairandotherlargeparticlesintheair
fromenteringtheunit.Beforeyouoperatetheconcentrator,make
surethisfilteriscleananddry,andtheconcentratorisproperly
installedinthecarrybag.
Tocleantheairintakefilter,refertoCleaningtheAirIntakeFilter
ScreeninMaintenance.
Toensuretheconcentratorisproperlyinstalledinthecarrybag,
refertoInstallingtheCarryBaginSetup.

batterycompartmentoftheconcentrator.Whenfullycharged,a
singlebatterysuppliespowerforuptofivehours(uptotenhours
fortwobatteries).Visibleandaudiblealarmsignalsoccurwhen
thebatterypowerisgettinglow.RefertoAlarmConditionsin
TroubleshootingandChargingtheBattery(s)inSetup.
ACPowerAdapter:AnACpoweradapterallowsthe
concentratortobeconnectedtoa100–240volt50–60hertzoutlet.
UseoftheACpoweradapterwillallowtheconcentratortooperate
andsimultaneouslyrechargetheinstalledbattery.RefertoCharging
theBattery(s)inSetup.
DCPowerCable:ADCpowercableallowstheconcentratorto
beconnectedtoanautomobile’s(boat,motorhome,etc.)12-volt
DCoutlet.UseoftheDCpowercablewillallowtheconcentrator
tooperateandsimultaneouslyrechargeaninstalledbattery(s).Refer
toChargingtheBattery(s)inSetup.
