SECTION 6—REAR WHEELS
WARNING
After any adjustments, repair or service and before use, make sure all attaching hardware is
tightened securely. Otherwise, injury or damage could result.
CAUTION
As with any vehicle, the wheels and tires should be checked periodically for cracks and wear, and
should be replaced.
Removing/Installing Rear Wheels
NOTE:Forthisprocedure,refertoFIGU RE 6.1.
1. Removethedustcap(ifapplicable),hexscrewandlocknutthatsecuretherearwheelandaxlespacertothetransport
chair.
2. RepeatSTEP1for theoppositerearwheel.
3. Toreinstalltherearwheelsontothetransportchair,reverseSTEPS12.
NOTE:Makesure
theaxlespacerisbetweentherearwheelandthetransportchairframe.
