❑ Check all functions:
A. Head raises and lowers properly.
B. Foot raises and lowers properly.
C. Bed ends raise and lower properly.
PASS/FAIL
❑ PASS: Bed and all components have passed all of the preceding inspection criteria, and the bed is ready for placement into a client’s home.
❑ FAIL: Bed, or any component, has failed any of the preceding inspection criteria. Tag the bed or component with a complete description
of the failure(s) and have the bed serviced.
