SAFETY SUMMARY (continued) FOLDING/ASSEMBLY WARNINGS After unfolding or assembling walker, ensure that walker is securely locked in OPEN position and level to the ground BEFORE using. DO NOT hang anything on either the left or right side frames or the left and right handle bars. This will cause side frames or handle bars to bend downward and prevent walker from locking into place when fully opened. This may also cause walker to tip, resulting in injury or damage.

Depress both snap buttons and raise/lower the handle to the desired height. 2. Ensure both snap buttons fully protrude through one (1) of seven (7) sets of height adjustment holes in the front frame tube. 3.
WHEELS (FIGURE 3) Replacing The Wheel NOTE: Refer to INSTALLATION WARNINGS in the SAFETY SUMMARY in this instruction sheet. 1. Remove the set screw from the wheel insert. 2. Perform one (1) of the following: One-Way Wheels: Remove the existing mounting screw, washer and spacer that secure the existing one-way wheel to the wheel insert. Two-Way Wheel: Remove the existing mounting screw, washer, bushing and spacer that secure the existing two-way wheel to the wheel insert. 3.

NOTE: Walker is shipped in the reverse postural (pulling) walker configuration.
1. Remove the four (4) mounting screws, washers and locknuts that secure the four (4) wheel inserts to the walker frame. Remove the four (4) wheel inserts. 2. Install the right two-way wheel insert into the right rear frame tube. Secure with mounting screw, washer, and locknut. 3. Install the left two-way wheel insert into the left rear frame tube. Secure with mounting screw, washer, and locknut. 4. Install the right one-way wheel insert into the left front frame tube.
REPLACING THE WALKER PAD (FIGURE 5) NOTE: Refer to INSTALLATION WARNINGS in the SAFETY SUMMARY in this instruction sheet. 1. Separate the hook and loop strips and remove the pad cover. 2. Remove the EXISTING walker pad crossmember. 3. Slide the NEW walker pad over the crossmember. 4. Reinstall the pad cover and secure with hook and loop strips.

Remove the EXISTING grip and end plug. Discard both. 2. Apply a thin coat of hair spray on the inside of the NEW grip and on to the handle. NOTE: This application will make it easier to slide the grip onto the push handle bar. 3. Slide NEW grip onto one end of the push handle. 4. Install NEW end plug.
