If you see following message when you use MiroView software, check
possible cause and action before contacting IntroMedic.

DVD multi or DVD
writable drive.

Select the DVD
writable drive and try
again.

BACKUP or EXPORT
is not yet complete.
Wait for process to
finish and try again.
The user executed
BACKUP or EXPORT
function while the
burning process is
operating.
Wait until the process
has stopped and try
