Step

Action

Perform the following:

 Remove the optical cable protection caps (A).

 Pass the cable through the parts of gland, as shown below

(B).

 Connect the cable to SFP module.

 Assemble the connector by tightening all parts together.

 Use the adjustable U-wrench to tighten.

Do not over tighten. Adjust the tool for applying

maximum tightening torque, as follows:
