pointed to by lpOutBuffer. TRUE indicates that the Bluetooth radio is ins talled. FALSE indicates that no Bluetooth
radio is installed.

This IOCTL reads the state of the serial 2 (COM2) device installed flag. A BOOLEAN DWORD is retu rne d in the
