Note:ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigital
device,pursuanttopart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovidereasonable
protectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.Thisequipmentgenerates
usesandcanradiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledanduse dinaccordancewiththe
instructions,maycauseharmfulinterferencetoradiocommunications.However,thereisno
guaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurinaparticularinstallation.Ifthisequipmentdoes
causeharmfulinterferencetoradioortelevisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturning
theequipmentoffandon,theuserisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneor
moreofthefollowingmeasures:
‐‐Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.
‐‐Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.
‐‐Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhichthereceiveris
connected.
‐‐Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.

transmittingatitshighestcertifiedpowerlevelin
alltestedfrequencybands,althoughtheSARis
determinedatthehighestcertifiedpowerlevel,
theactualSARlevelofthephonewhileoperating

canbewellbelowthemaximumvalue,ingeneral,thecloseryouaretoawirelessbasestation
antenna,

thelowerthepoweroutput.
Beforeanewmodelphoneisaavailableforsaletothepublic,itmustbetestedandcertifiedto
theFCCthatitdoesnotexceedtheexposurelimitestablishedbytheFCC,Tests foreachphone
areperformedinpositionsandlocations(e.g.attheearandwornonthebody)asrequiredbythe
FCC.
Forbodywornoperation,thismobilephonehasbeentestedandmeetstheFCCRFexposure
guidelineswhenusedwithanaccessorydesignatedforthisproductorwhenusedwithan
accessorythatcont ainsnometalandthatpositionsthehandsetaminimumof 5
mm
from 
thebody.
Non-compliance with the above restrictions may result in violation of RF exposure guidelines.
Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance
could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.Thisdevicecomplieswithpart15 of 
theFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwoconditions:
(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)thisdevicemus taccept
anyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesiredoperation.
