theactualSARlevelofthephonewhileoperating
canbewellbelowthemaximumvalue,in
general,thecloseryouaretoawirelessbasestation
antenna,thelowerthepoweroutput.
Beforeanewmodelphoneisaavailableforsaletothepublic,itmustbetestedandcertifiedto
theFCCthatitdoesnotexceedtheexposurelimitestablishedbytheFCC,Tests foreachphone
areperformedinpositionsandlocations(e.g.attheearandwornonthebody)asrequiredbythe
FCC.
Forbodywornoperation,thismobilephonehasbeentestedandmeetstheFCCRFexposure
guidelineswhenusedwithanaccessorydesignatedforthisproductorwhenusedwithan
accessorythatcontainsnometalandthatpositionsthehandsetaminimumofϱ
mm
from 
thebody.
Thisdevicecomplieswithpart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwo
conditions:
(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and
(2)dhisdevicemust acceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycause
undesiredoperation.
AnyĐhangesor modificationsnotexpresslyapprovedbythepartyresponsibleforcompliance
cou ldvoidtheuser’sauthoritytooperatetheequipment.

Note:ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigital
device,pursuanttopart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovidereasonable
protectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.Thisequipmentgenerates
usesandcanradiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththe
instructions,maycauseharmfulinterferencetoradiocommunications.However,thereisno
guaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurinaparticularinstallation.Ifthisequipmentdoes
causeharmfulinterferencetoradioortelevisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturning
theequipmentoffandon,theuserisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneor
moreofthefollowingmeasures:
‐‐Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.
‐‐Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.
‐‐Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhichthereceiveris
connected.
‐‐Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.
