Where can I buy ebooks?

as EPUB, and can be downloaded directly to the
user’s device of choice and shared with other
readers.

I don’t have a COOL-ER – can I still use
CoolerBOOKS?
Yes, CoolerBOOKS’ ebooks and edocuments are
suitable for use with most ereaders, computers
and mobile devices. We've even added a feature
at CoolerBOOKS to help our customers’ select the
right format for their ereader prior to purchase.
Do I have to pay delivery charges for my
ebooks?
No, you can download your ebook from
CoolerBOOKS directly.
How can I buy a book from CoolerBOOKS?
After browsing the site for a book you wish to
read, click ‘buy now’ and the book will be added
to your basket. At this point you can either
continue shopping or checkout to complete your
purchase.
When you are ready click ‘checkout now’ and you
will be asked to complete your details. This
creates an account for you.
Once you have confirmed your details please
scroll to basket summary and select ‘buy now’.
At this point you will be asked for your payment
details.
I’ve had a territory error message, what
does it mean?
Authors and book publishers have traditionally
sold and issued selling rights for their books by
territories, this is known as Territory Rights.
Territories in this case are usually designated by
your country of residence and where your credit
/ debit card is registered.
This means that dependent on country of
residence you will be able to purchase only
designated books.
At CoolerBOOKs we try our hardest to take away
the frustration of this system by
a) sourcing as many books as possible for all
territories and
b) only presenting you with books that are
authorized for your territory.
Occasionally a book will get through our territory
controls, you will be notified of this during the
payment process. If this does happen please
remove the book from your shopping basket
Please note - don’t worry, if you have bought a
book in one territory, you can still read it on your
ereader if you go abroad.
