I don’t think my COOL-ER is working
correctly – what should I do?

advice. If your unit is faulty, please let us know
within 28 days of delivery and we’ll collect and
replace your COOL-ER.
What if I don’t like my COOL-ER?
With a 14 day return policy; why not give it a go?
Once you receive your COOL-ER take a moment
to familiarise yourself with the controls and dive
into a book. If you find that COOL-ER isn’t for
you simply return it.
What if I want to return my COOL-ER?
Contact our Customer Service team to let them
know you intend to return within 14 days of
receipt. You’ll be given a returns number and
asked to send back your order undamaged in the
original packing.

Which Operating Systems are compatible
with my COOL-ER?
COOL-ER supports both Apple Macintosh
and Microsoft Windows Operating
Systems. At present COOL-ER does not
support file transfer from Linux based
computers.
How easy is it to use COOL-ER with my
desktop or laptop?
COOL-ER is plug and play compatible. No CD-
Rom, no formatting, just use the USB cable
provided to download your ebook and you will be
reading in a matter of minutes!
If I don’t have a COOL-ER, can I still use
CoolerBOOKS?
Yes, CoolerBOOKS works with most ereaders.
When selecting your book make sure you choose
a compatible format for your ereader.
