Language
Menu Language
The Language menu allows you
to choose a language for your
COOL-ER menus. Please select
the menu button or click the
central control wheel button
whilst in the library view and scroll
down to Language.
If you find you have accidentally
selected a language you can return
to English by selecting the 3
rd
option
down on the ‘Library Setting’ menu
and then selecting the top option.
Available menu
languages are English,
German, French,
Spanish, Russian,
Traditional Chinese,
Simplified Chinese and
Portuguese
Reading Language
You can use your COOL-ER to display most
languages even if they are not menu options.
Depending on the format, COOL-ER is able to
support Cyrillic, Latin and Kanji based
languages.
As pdfs display text as images, we recommend
this format for languages that incorporate
accents or non-Latin characters.
The books you load will display in their original
language. COOL-ER does not offer a translate
facility.
