The Receiving menu is displayed after the last received order. If you
opted to print receiving labels, they are sent to the default printer at this
time.
Auto-Receive Order Option
The Auto receive or Blind receive function processes receivables that
have no receiving order upon arrival. Material can be received to a Receive
staging location or can be received to its final location. As the process con-
tinues, the order is built and inventory is increased. Once the operator exits
the order, it can be closed preventing further activity for the order. To auto-
receive an order, please refer to the instructions that follow.
1. From the Main menu, select the <F3> key. The Receiving menu
appears.
From the Receiving menu, select the <F3> (Auto Receive) key. The
order screen is displayed.
Press <F4> to get the next order number or enter the order number
manually.
Press <F5> to close the order.
Press the <Enter> key. The Vendor screen appears.
