History Reports
The following history reports are available in the Select Reports form
(Reports > Select Reports). For more information, please refer to
“Reach-
ing the Select Reports Form” on page 292.
Note: To have accurate history data for these reports, the Log History
option must be enabled in the System Options form (Tools > Setup > Sys-
tem Options/Options tab).
Inventory

Reports
Please refer to “Inventory Reports” on page 293 for more information about
these reports:
• History by Date: Lists transaction history by date for the date range
specified. Report values include: Transaction Date and Time, Order #
Trans Desc Displays the transaction description
Trans Date Displays the transaction date
Site Lists the transaction site
Location Lists the transaction location
Item Number Lists the transaction item number
UOM Qty Lists the item Unit Of Measure quantity
UOM List the item Unit of Measure
Qty Lists the item total quantity
Balance Lists the item net balance quantity
Order Number For receiving and picking transactions, lists the order
number
Line Number For receiving and picking transactions, lists the line
number, if applicable
Serial Number If enabled, lists the item serial number
Trans ID Lists transaction ID (I = Inventory; R = Receiving; P =
Picking)
