By Email You m ay Login as a registered user to access your account information via
the IntelliTrack website (
www.intellitrack.net). From your account page,
you may click the Contact Technical Support Link along the left side of
the page. The Email Technical Support page appears displaying an email
form addressed to
[e-mail]. Write a detailed explanation of
the problem, and send it to us for processing.
By Telephone Note: If you call support, it is a good idea to be at your computer. It also
helps to duplicate the problem, keystroke by keystroke, in order to describe
the problem exactly to the representative.
If you do not have Internet access, you may telephone IntelliTrack techni-
cal support by calling 1-888-583-3008.
