Reports
Check In-Out contains several pre-formatted reports. Use these reports to
manage inventory. Generate reports to determine which inventory items
need to be reordered, when the last physical inventory date for a specific
location was, and the inventory’s value. Add custom reports to the report
menu.
Table 10, “List of Reports,” on page 214 is a list of standard Check
In-Out reports. A sample of the reports in the application may be found in
“Sample Reports” on page 401.

Check In-Out - Inventory Details Detailed report of check in and out items
Check In-Out - Inventory Summary Summary report of check in and out items
Check In-Out - Past Due Report Check in and out items that are past due
Check Out Items by Cust/Emp ID Check out items grouped by customer
Check Out Items by Department Check out items grouped by department
Checked Out Items by Job/Order# Check out items grouped by job/order #
Cust/Emp ID Detail Report Detailed listing of customers/employees
Cust/Emp ID Receipt by Job/Order# Listing of the checked out item no.’s for a specific
job/order #
History by Date Report History report based on site and date criteria
History by Item Report History of selected item
Inventory by Category Report Inventory grouped by category
Inventory by Location Report Inventory grouped by location
Inventory by Lot/Exp Date Report Inventory grouped by lots/expiration dates
Inventory Item Detail Report Inventory sorted by item with details
Inventory Item Summary Report Inventory sorted by item summary report
Inventory W/Pictures Report Inventory items with picture, sorted by item
Inventory, Negative Qty Report Items with negative on-hand quantity
