Item Data
Form Buttons
The Item Data form uses “transaction” buttons to perform data processing.
The buttons are found along the bottom of the form. The chart below
shows an example of each button on the form and explains the button’s
functionality.

Button Function Description
Add Places the form in Add mode. Allows you to
add an item to the database.
Duplicate Duplicates data from an existing item to cre-
ate a new item.
Detail Opens the Check Out Detail form for a check
out item.
Add Item to
Location
Opens the Item at Location form for a con-
sumable item, or an item marked as both.
Opens a dialog box for check out items, ask-
ing if you want to use to Detail form to add
Normal Locations.
Save Save the data.
Zoom Opens the image file that is attached to this
item in a larger window, if applicable.
Print Prints the information in the item data form in
a report format.
Delete Deletes the item from the database.
Undo Undo changes made in the Item Data form.
