Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy,

Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the U.K., and

is also authorized for use in EFTA member states Iceland, Liechtenstein,

Norway and Switzerland. (EU countries not intended for use: none.)
