INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECORDING MESSAGES
For Disa P/T 2 Digital channels / Disa T 2 Digital channels
The electronic attendant (DISA) will allow you to greet your caller and introduce
your company and direct the incoming call to a preprogrammed group or extension
for fast response.
The electronic attendant service is different from putting a call on hold while
playing a music when the call is being transfered or the line is busy.
Electronic call answer through DISA is available with all INTELBRAS line of
PABX. The format of the recorded messages has to follow a specific pattern
to allow for better use of your DISA features and services:
MESSAGE STRUCTURE
We suggest using the following sequence:
COMPANY IDENTFICATION, GREETING, MENU OR EXT. No .

: Thank you for calling INTELBRAS, For technical assistance,
press 4, sales 5, purchasing 6, to send a fax 7, or hold the line...
SIZE OF MESSAGE
For day time mode :
20 seconds

(factory default setting : Extension 200 to 239. If you have altered the
number setting, you should use the new setting).
