4.3.3
Interface for doorphone
The IP 700 is used to connect the PABX to up to two doorphones.
To install
:
- Connect the interface of 1st doorphone to CN32 and the second to CN33.
- configure the interface as per your doorphone model;
- make sure that jumper J1 of the main board is in position 2-3 to use doophone 1
and J2 in position 2-3 for doorphone 2. if no doorphone is used, the jumper must
remain in position 1-2 ( check the installation diagram).
Important
:
- for peoper operation of the interface, follow the steps described in (item 3.1).
- With the IP 700, you can set na extension,group, or external number as
attendant. If an external number is programmed as attendant, you must use the
commands of the external activation. The first doorphone uses external
activation 1 (CN30) and the second one uses (CN31). see item 3.1.5;
- The external activation in use can no longer command external devices to the
PABX.
4.3.4
Doorphone PI 100
The PI 100 should be connected as an extension (except position 00). Using a wire-
wrap, install the wires RA and RB to the selected extension :
RA e RB must be connected to the selected connected of the PABX and to CN 4 of
the PI 100, see as follows :
