Important
:
The extension must have access category and :
−
be the doorphone attendant;
−
answers the doorphone with broker call;
−
captures a doorphone call;
−
receives a call transferred form the doorphone.

You program up to 2 external activation to command external devices.

Important
:

The command time is programmable (see Timing in the programming manual);

if you receive a busy tone, check if the activation is not being programmed as
external number as doorphone attendant, or , if the extension has access category
for external activation ( see Access Category for External Activation in the
programming manual).
1.2.15 Accessing CSP facilities ( Controlled Stored Program )
If the Public switch offers CSP facilities, you can access them from through your
extensions. The PABX line must be in MF mode.
