Held Calls
The time to keep a call on hold can be programmed as per your requirements. ( see
item 2.10.1 in chapter II).

Beeps are emitted when the programmed time is over. You can put the phone on-
hook to return to the first call;
If the second call is terminated before the time is over, you can capture the first
call by pressing 569,

Making a Call through a Specific Line

The Extension must have an access category programmed (see Category for
external call through special route in the programming manual).

The extension should have the private code registered, have a category to access
route 0 and a password for private code. The code will be indicated on call reports
to identify the person accessing external numbers.

:

no other operation may be executed during this type of calls;
such access can be used even if the extension has toll restriction activated.
