Important
:

The group Boss-Secretary must have boss 1 and secretary 1. it is not possible to
set a group with one boss and one secretary as boss 2 and secretary 2;
−
Each extension can only belong to one group boss-secretary.
Factory setting
: no group programmed.
2.4 GROUP OF EXTENSIONS
You can set up to 8 groups with up to 15 extensions, except for the group “ multiple
ring” which can only have 6 extensions. The same extensions can belong to various
groups.
Each groupo will have a code from
1
to
8
, to be used for facilities linked to the group
to facilitate the operations.
RING DIVERT
: number of rings, 3 to 7, before the call is diverted within the group.
1. Distributor
The PABX stores the extension to which the call was diverted and forward the next
call to the next available as per the programmed order. If the extension is busy or
unavailable, the call will be forwarded to the following extension as per the order.
2. Hierarchic
Calls are always diverted to the first available extension of the group as per the
order. If the extension does not answer the call is forwarded to the next available
extension and so forth.
If all extensions are busy the call is out on hold until the first extensionis free.
3. Multiple Ring
Incoming call will ring on all extensions. Internal transferred calls will also follow the
same order of the hierarchic order. If this group receives a direct or transferred call
and all the extensions are busy, the call is transferred, to the first extension of the
group.
