Example: you want extension to have access to the individual directory with
restricted use. This extension receives the second directory of the available 10,
press 700 + 1 + 221. Now extension 221 can access the telephone numbers
programmed by the main extension for individual directory for restricted use.

2.3 BOSS-SECRETARY
You can set up to 8 groups Boss-Secretary within the 4 available types, and each
group with a maximum of 4 extensions :
- One boss and one secretary;
- One boss and two secretaries;
- Two bosses and one secretary;
- Two bosses and two secretaries.
The extension position could be :
1 = boss 1;
2 = boss 2;
3 = secretary 1;
4 = secretary 2.
You can also set the group number and the position of each extension in the group.
Once in programming mode, do the following :
