2.2
INDIVIDUAL TELEPHONE DIRECTORY
You can set 10 extensions with 10 individual telephone directories offered by the
PABX, since individual directories can be for access as per extension category or
restricted use.
Up to 10 number with up to 20 digits can be programmed in each directory. The
stored position of the numbers will be between 10 to 19.
Note : othe extension can only receive one of the types of individual directories as
follows :
2.2.1
Access as per Extension Category
This type of directroy allows the proper extension with access to program the
telephone. The stored numbers should respect the type of access allowed to the
extension for external calls (local, regional, DDD or IDD).
Once in programming mode, do the following :

Restricted Use
Only the main extension ( programmer ) can program the telephone numbers to be
accessed by the extensions.
