Example: you want extension 234 to be set as overflow attendant for line 01, press
4 + 01 + 2 + 234.
Important:

if the line is set without overflow attendant :
−
If the main extension or console are being programmed, the incoming call will be
diverted to the nightmode attendant;
−
The overflow time must be set with a value other than zero to avoid having the
calls dropped.
Factory setting : extension 201 as overflow attendant .
1.6.5 Overflow Time
Line: 01 to 16;
99 for all the lines.
Once in programming mode, do the following :

- 00 to 80 sec, wait for tone or confirmation prompt.
Example : if you want all incoming calls to ring 70 seconds on the main extension
before overflow, press 4 + 99 + 4 + 70.
Factory settings : 35 seconds.
1.6.6 Nightmode overflow
Define if incoming calls will overflow or not when the PABX is in nightmode .
Line : 01 to 16;
99 for all the lines.
Once in programming mode, do the following :

Example 1: to cancel overflow in nightmode through line 01, press 4 + 01 + 870.
Example 2: to cancel overflow in nightmode through all the lines, press 4 + 99
+ 870.
Factory setting :
overflow activated.
