TELEPHONE DIRECTORIES
2.2.1
Collective
The collective telephone directory can store up to 80 numbers with up to 20 digits
each. The position of the numbers is organised from 20 to 99.
General Use
: The extensions will access the phone numbers as per the external
access category (local, regional, DDD or IDD).
See External Access Category in
the programming manual.
Restricted Use
: Access available only to extensions defined in the Access
Category to Directory with restricted use.

Individual
A simplified manner of making calls. The PABX has 10 individual directories, each
one with stores up to 10 numbers with 20 digits. The numbers are organised from
10 to 19.

Two access types can be set
:
1 – As per extension category – store numbers following your external access
category
(see External Call Category in the programming manual )

2 – Restricted Use – numbers stored only in the main extension.
