connected to a telephone interface. The termination
on an interface may consist of any combination of
devices subject only to the requirement that the sum
of the Ringer Equivalence Numbers of all the devices
does not exceed 5.
This equipment complies with Canada 210.
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
(1) this device may not cause interference, and (2)
this device must accept any interference, including
interference that may cause undesired operation of
the device. To prevent radio interference to the
licensed service, this device is intended to be
operated indoors and away from windows to provide
maximum shielding. Equipment (or its transmit
antenna) that is installed outdoors is subject to
licensing.
European Union compliance statements
We, Intel Corporation, declare under our sole
responsibility that the product:
Intel AnyPoint DSL Gateway Model 4400
is in conformity with all applicable essential requirements
necessary for CE marking, following the provisions of the
European Council Directive 1999/5/EC (Radio Equipment
and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment), including
Council Directive 89/336/EEC (EMC) and Council
Directive 73/23/EEC (Safety/Low Voltage Directive).
The product is properly CE marked demonstrating this
conformity and is for distribution within all member states
of the EU with the following restriction:
France limited to 2446.5-2483.5 MHz indoor use.
