If all else fails
If none of the previous problems and solutions seem to
match your situation, try the following:
• Unplug the power cord from the gateway, wait at
least 5 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.
• Reset the gateway.
• If you cannot get to the system tools screen to
perform this reset then unplug the power cord from
the gateway, wait at least 5 seconds, then plug the
power cord back in.
• Restore the gateway to its original factory defaults.
Reconfigure the gateway using the gateway configuration
software.
Reading the gateway indicator lights
As an initial operational check of your gateway, check the
indicator lights. The indicators are described in Chapter 1
of the User’s Guide.
