Auto Installation support for the software downloaded from support website
(not available for Windows 10 S)
For W indows 10 S con¿gura tions, A uto Installation is not supported. Also, for
Windows 10 S, software m ay not be uploaded to the support s ite. Users with
factory image is expected to get software from the Windows Store.
1. Download FSDM (Fujitsu Software Download Manager) fro m the supp ort site and download all
the drivers a pplicable to the model and OS using FSDM if they are not downloaded yet.
2. When the software packages are downloaded from the web, it is important to
download the Auto Installer Software package and the model/language-speci¿c
Readme ¿le if yo u prefer to auto install the software.
3. It is important to have the extracted Auto Installer software package folder and
Readme ¿le in the same location as the other software folders. Otherwise
auto-installation of the software w ill not be supported.
4. Inside the Auto Installer software package, launch FjAutoinstall.exe as administrator.
5. Click Yes on the User Ac count Control dialog bo x. This will take some time to
process the software packages. A message will be displayed d uring this time
stating Please wait while the content is being processed.
6. If the EULA is displayed for F ujitsu Software Auto Installer, accept the EULA, ot herwise co ntinue.
7. The F ujitsu Soft ware Auto Installer user interface will be lau nch ed providing the ability
to auto install the softwa re downloaded from th e support site.
8. It is recommend ed that you install all the software in the listed order. You can
Select All, to install the software in the order listed.
9. Click the Install button to start the installation.
10. After installing all the selected drivers, the Installation Results window is disp layed. Click OK .
11. You must restart the system for the settings to take effect. Do you wish to reboot
now? messa ge appears. Select Yes.
12. The system will n ow reboot.

ng driver updates
This section: In Windows 10 S co n ¿gurations, drive r updates might currently not
be uploade d to support site. User with factory image is expected to get driver
updates via Window s Update and applications from W indows Store.
To ensur
e tha t you always have the m ost current driver updates related to your system,
you shou
ld occa sionally access the Fujitsu Software Download Manager (FSDM) utility.
The FSD
M utility is available from the Fujitsu Support site. FSDM will allow you to view
and dow
nload the most current drivers, utilities and applications to determine whether
you hav
e the latest versions. To down load the FSDM utility, go to the support site:
