2012 installation on a GPT partition will hang with BIOS 63.

Problem A system hang may occur when the operating system is installed on a GPT

partition with BIOS 63.

Implication Microsoft* Windows installation cannot complete.

Status This issue will not be fixed

Workaround Users affected by this issue will need to downgrade to BIOS 61 or older

versions to enable installation of the operating system on a GPT partition. After

operating system installation is completed, users can update to the latest BIOS

revision.
