or AZWK134 e.g. SN: AZWK127xxxxx are affected by this issue.

Server System SR1695WBAC with serial numbers starting with AZGA131, AZGA132 or AZGA133 e.g. SN:
AZGA131xxxxx are affected by this issue.
Description
The Intel factory found that the Intel
®
Server System SR1695WB and Intel
®
Server Board S5500WB12VR with above
mentioned serial numbers were shipped with FRUSDR Revision 09. They should have been shipped with Revision 16.
The default FRUSDR shipped from the Intel factory is not chassis specific and must be reloaded when a user integrates the
system to correctly configure the processors and fan settings.
Root Cause
The incorrect FRUSDR file was loaded when doing FRUSDR programming in manufacturing.
