1. This product discontinuance notification is effective July 13th, 2007.
2. Final purchase orders for the affected products must be placed by Sept 7, 2007.
3. The final quantity to be shipped must specify a customer request date (CRD) no later than November 9,
2007.
Final purchase orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable, notwithstanding any conflicting terms in our
quotes, purchase order acknowledgment or Distributor agreements.
