2.2.1 SKU1 (for Intel
®
Server Chassis SR1400 and SR2400)
Due to the nature of 1U and 2U servers, SKU 1 of the Intel
®
Local Control Panel replaces the
default SSI front control panel and provides additional local out of band control of the server. To
accomplish this, the Intel
®
Local Control Panel provides the standard control panel functions,
such as a power button, reset button, and NMI button; various LEDs and the front-accessible
USB ports, with additional navigator buttons and display panel for management purpose.
See Figure 11 for the base configuration of the SKU1 LCP. The following figure shows the
additional features of SKU1.
