Description of Change to the Customer:
Intel announces the product discontinuance of the Intel(R) Remote
Management Module. Customers have until June 30th, 2007 to place final
orders, and until October 30th, 2007 to take final delivery of product.
1. This product discontinuance notification is effective June 8th,
2007.
2. Final purchase orders for the affected product must be placed by
June 30th, 2007.
3. The final quantity to be shipped must specify a customer request
date (CRD) no later than October 30th, 2007
All final purchase orders as of June 30th, 2007 for the listed product
are non-cancelable and non-returnable, notwithstanding any conflicting
terms in our quotes, purchase order acknowledgment or Distributor
agreements.
Customer Impact of Change and Recommended Action:
Intel recommends Intel(R) Remote Management Module 2 as a replacement
product. Please contact your local Intel Sales Office or Distributor
if you require more information or need assistance in selecting a
replacement product.
