Configures the Platform Event Filter policy table used by the BMC on the specified channel.

Power restore policy
Sets the power restore policy. See IPMI 2.0 Specification, §28.8, for more information on
the Set Power Restore Policy IPMI Command.
Example:
syscfg /prp off
4.4.16 Reset BMC (/rbmc)
syscfg {/rbmc | resetBMC}
Resets the Baseboard Management Controller.
