3.2.3.2 Riser Card Support
The server board includes one riser card slot labeled SLOT_6 (PCIe_x16). See the Technical
Product Specifications of the Intel
®
Server System R1000SP for available riser card options.
3.2.3.3 I/O Module Support
To broaden the standard on-board feature set, the server board provides support for one of
several available IO Module options. The I/O module attaches to a high density 80-pin
connector on the server board (J2C1) labeled I/O_MOD and is supported by x8 PCIe Gen3.
