Problem On Intel
®
Server Board S1200BT family, the NIC port1 will be disabled in BIOS
default configuration when upgrading BIOS from the lower versions to BIOS
Rev.37
Implication After updating to BIOS Rev.37, the NIC port1 will not work if using the BIOS
default configuration.
Status Fixed in BIOS Rev.40.
Workaround The user can enable NIC port1 in BIOS Setup and the port will work.

HDD LED may blink amber when a hot swap bay is empty on the Intel

Problem On the Intel
®
Server System R1304BTLSHBN, the HDD LED of an empty hot
swap bay may blink amber when the system boots to operating system.
Implication After booting to the OS, the HDD LED of the empty hot swap bay might keep
blinking amber.
Status Fixed in BIOS Rev.40.
Workaround None.

There will be an error logged in BIOS setup Error Manager when both
onboard RAID and multiple add-in cards are in use
Problem On Intel
®
Server Board S1200BT family, if both onboard RAID and multiple
add-in cards are in use at the same time, BIOS setup Error Manager will report
a not enough memory available error.
Implication BIOS setup Error Manager will report a not enough memory available error
when both onboard RAID and other add-in cards are in use.
Status BIOS architecture limitation. No Fix.
Workaround None.
